All the necessary data is printed on the card itself. The three-digit security code is the three digits on the back of the card.

If the security code did not come to you, you should contact the bank that issued your card.
Cases of payment refusal:
- the bank card is not intended for Internet payments, you can find out about it by contacting your bank;

- bank card data were entered incorrectly;
- the validity term of the bank card has expired. The period of validity of the card is usually indicated on the front of the card (month and year to which the card is valid).
